  • 1/4 C diced cucumber

  • 1/4 C diced green or black olives

  • 1/4 C diced tomato

  • 1/4 C diced red onion

  • 1/4 C diced or crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • generous drizzle of olive oil
