Yogurt Chip Dip

Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean totally restricting our favorite salty snacks - it can mean adapting *how* we eat them, so they’re more filling and balanced. For example, adding a side of savory yogurt to potato chips gives a boost in nutritional value, making for a more satisfying and well-rounded snack.

Ingredients:

  • ️½ C Plain Yogurt (Greek is best)

  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

  • ½ tsp Pepper

Simply stir together and enjoy with a handful of chips.
